We keep this simple. Here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
The only information this website gathers is what you type into our tour request form: your name, your contact details, your child's age group and preferred start month, and anything you add in the message box.
If you call or email us instead, we only have what you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to tour and enrolment requests. That is the whole list.
How it is stored
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and manage enrolment. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
What we do not do
We never sell your information, and this site uses no advertising trackers.
If we ever add website analytics, we will update this policy first so you know before anything changes.
Third party services
Our Book a Tour page includes an embedded Google Map so you can find us. The map loads from Google and is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
Want to see what you have shared with us, or have it deleted? Contact us and we will take care of it.
